The Challenge
The geographical characteristics of the Azores make traditional inspections extremely difficult and hazardous. Access to many areas is complex, and weather conditions do not always allow for conventional operations. A solution was required that could overcome these challenges.
The Solution
We implemented a drone-based inspection system equipped with high-resolution cameras and thermal sensors, adapted to the specific conditions of the Azores. The drones are able to operate in challenging terrain and provide detailed data on the condition of the infrastructure.
