These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by SOPHARIS SOLUTIONS, LDA (trade name: HP SOLUTIONS), hereinafter referred to as 'HP SOLUTIONS' or 'Provider', to its clients, hereinafter referred to as 'Client'.
The use of our services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Requesting any service from HP SOLUTIONS implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
The Client declares having legal capacity to contract and bind themselves under the terms of this document. In the case of a legal entity, they declare having adequate powers of representation.
All services are performed by pilots certified by ANAC (National Civil Aviation Authority) and in compliance with European and national regulations applicable to drone operations.
HP SOLUTIONS is committed to executing services with professionalism, diligence and quality, using state-of-the-art equipment and following industry best practices.
Services are subject to suitable weather conditions and necessary authorizations from competent entities. HP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to postpone or cancel operations for safety reasons.
Quotes presented by HP SOLUTIONS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Each project is evaluated individually, and the final quote may be adjusted based on complexity, location, duration and specific Client requirements.
Acceptance of the quote by the Client constitutes the formalization of the contract for service provision under the proposed terms.
Prices presented include VAT at the current legal rate, unless otherwise indicated.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment of 50% of the total value is required at the time of service confirmation, with the remainder due within 8 days after completion and delivery of the work.
In case of late payment, HP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend service provision and charge late payment interest at the current legal rate.
HP SOLUTIONS will execute services on the dates and locations agreed with the Client, with rescheduling being necessary in case of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that prevent safe operation.
The Client will be informed with the maximum possible advance notice about any rescheduling needs, with a new date established by mutual agreement.
HP SOLUTIONS commits to delivering service results (photographs, videos, reports, data) within agreed deadlines and in formats specified in the proposal.
The Client commits to:
All content created by HP SOLUTIONS in the scope of service provision (photographs, videos, reports, 3D models) becomes the property of the Client after full payment for services.
HP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to use examples of completed work for promotion and marketing of its services, unless the Client expressly requests confidentiality.
The Client may not resell, sublicense or transfer contracted services to third parties without prior authorization from HP SOLUTIONS.
HP SOLUTIONS commits to keeping confidential all Client information accessed in the scope of service provision, not disclosing it to third parties without prior authorization.
This obligation remains after service completion and has no time limit, except when disclosure is legally required.
HP SOLUTIONS has valid civil liability insurance covering third-party damages resulting from drone operations, as required by current legislation.
HP SOLUTIONS' liability is limited to damages directly caused by proven negligence in service execution, up to the insurance coverage limit.
HP SOLUTIONS is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or commercial losses resulting from service provision or non-provision.
The Client may cancel contracted services up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, with a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
HP SOLUTIONS may cancel or terminate the contract in case of Client breach of obligations, particularly non-payment, provision of false information or behavior that endangers operation safety.
In case of cancellation initiated by HP SOLUTIONS (except for safety reasons or force majeure), the Client is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid.
Neither party shall be liable for breach of obligations when such results from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of public authorities or other unforeseeable and unavoidable situations.
In case of force majeure, obligations are suspended for the necessary period, with both parties obligated to inform each other and seek alternative SOLUTIONS.
Personal data processing by HP SOLUTIONS is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

HP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and apply to contracts entered into after publication. Ongoing contracts remain governed by the terms accepted at the time of their execution.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the courts of Lisbon district shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
